Pies & Cats

In this workshop at Macaron Parlour, Allison Kave, co-founder of Butter & Scotch and author of First Prize Pies, will walk students through every step of creating a pie from scratch, discussing various techniques and recipes, while providing hands-on instruction and guidance. Attendees will make all-butter pie dough by hand, learn rolling, crimping, and finishing techniques, and leave with their own homemade pie to share with lucky friends or family! While the pies are baking, students will get to spend an hour cuddling with adorable felines at Meow Parlour.

For guests over the age of 9
